The serial number is printed on a white label. This label can be found in either the cassette compartment or in the battery compartment.
Approximately 11 cassettes of 7 meter can be printed.
1. A fully charged battery pack will allow to print approximately 11
cassettes of 7 meter tape each in normal printing mode. Printing logo’s
or extra large characters increases the energy consumption and reduces
the number of cassettes that can be printed.
2. Testing has shown that it takes approximately 1 hour of continuous
“heavy” printing before a battery pack is completely empty and will need
to be recharged. Heavy printing = Big font, extended text size, etc. …
3. When fully charged and the printer is turned off, it takes 250 days
before the battery pack is empty.
4. If handled properly, DYMO guarantees the battery pack 5 years against
leakage and charging 500 times from completely empty to completely full.
No, unfortunately not. After inserting a new tape cassette, printing will need to be restarted and the labels that still need to be printed, have to be re-selected.
International Characters
The labelmaker supports the extended Latin character set using RACE
technology. Similar to using a mobile phone keypad, if you press a
letter multiple times within a very short time, you will scroll through
variations of that letter.
For example, if you repeatedly press the letter a, you will see a à á â
ã ä å and so on through all the variations available. The order in which
the character variations appear depends on the language you have chosen
to use.
Currency symbols
The currency key ee also uses RACE to scroll through a number of
currency symbols: € £ $
The order these symbols appear depends on the keyboard version and
language you have selected.
Yes, instead of using the mode ‘patch panel marking’ use the mode
