LabelWriter offers two PC- and Mac-compatible labelmakers that

each LabelWriter integrates with your favorite software: Microsoft®
Word, Outlook®, QuickBooks®, ACT!® and others with a click of a button
Getting started is easy. Just install the included DYMO software. Then, to
create a label, either input or find the text in a document (say, an
address), click the DYMO icon on your toolbar and a label prints in
seconds - in this case, with a bar code.
LabelWriter 400 and 400 Turbo vary in label-printing speed from about
four seconds a label down to an amazing one second a label. And they
have much of the same functionality. Both models print high-resolution
labels for envelopes, packages, internet postage, files, CDs, binders,
tab inserts and VHS tops and spines and more (over 40 types of labels in
all). LabelWriter's thermal technology means money-saving technology for
you, as there are no ribbons, toner or ink cartridges to replace.
Label compatibility: Varies by LabelWriter model, up to 2.3" (56 mm) wide
LetraTag electronic labelmakers in hand-held and desktop models,
make fast, simple work of basic administrative labeling chores, as well
as chores all through your home, including shelves, cabinets, CDs, even
storage boxes.With two different keyboards (see below), easy loading and
a "palm-of-your-hand" fit, these electronic wonders are built for
comfort. After all, the less hassle they are to use, the more organized
you'll be. Both LetraTAG labelmakers feature built-in memory for saving
that last label you printed, whether it's paper, plastic, metallic or
our new iron-on fabric tape for labeling clothing, backback s and more.
LetraTag features a basic ABC keyboard.
LetraTag QX50 provides a familiar QWERTY keyboard for faster
input, additional function keys, a cancel key, mirror printing and
lighted icons when specific print features like capitals and boxes are
activated.
Label compatibility: Both LetraTag models print on 1/2" (12 mm) wide
paper, plastic and metallic tapes in a variety of colors, as well as on
our new iron-on fabric tape.
Organizer Xpress is the do-it-all manual label embosser that
powers its way through administrative chores all through your home - for
eye-catching labeling of file folders, binder covers, video sleeves and
kids' stuff. You'll appreciate the special Soft-Grip SM rubber handle
and the enhanced tape-cutting feature that enables faster, easier
removal of the tape backing after printing. Features 49 different
characters and prints sharp 3.7 mm high tab-cut characters. Amazingly,
Organizer Xpress uses no batteries, yet prints letters, numbers and
symbols quickly and clearly. Arrives at your home ready to use,
pre-loaded with 3/8" (9mm) wide x 12' DYMO plastic embossing tape.
