Electronic labelmakers: serial numbers printed are located on a white label inside the cassette or battery compartment. Be sure to enter the serial number exactly as it appears (capital letters and dashes).
LetraTag: LT-100H serial numbers start with CD, LT-100T serial numbers start with DD.
Manual labelers: DO NOT have serial numbers. DO NOT fill in this field.



The Extended Warranty Code only applies in case you have obtained one from DYMO.


Warranty only applies if the product has been used strictly in accordance with operating instructions. Therefore, warranty does not apply for defects caused by accident, misuse, alteration or neglect.
