If you are convinced your product is defective.



We ask you to provide us with the necessary information to evaluate your defective product and give your further information on how and where to return the defective product.

You need these to register:
  • Serial number of your defective product
  • Date of purchase of your defective machine
  • If applicable, the Extended Warranty Certificate number you obtained from DYMO
