The fast, affordable and easy way to get all your important documents organized as digital files. Paired with your scanner* and an optional DYMO® LabelWriter® printer, DYMO File™ software creates a unique self-adhesive barcode for your documents. You specify the file name, folder location and file type (such as searchable/editable Microsoft® Word or PDF). Adhere the barcode to the first page of your document.

Scan an entire stack of barcoded documents in one batch and DYMO File™ software will do the rest! Each document will be automatically filed as you specified. Reap all the benefits of a digital filing system including: easy access to your files, finding files fast and sharing files over email or a network.

Ideal for home office, small office or home use, DYMO File™ Office processes up to 5000 pages per month or about 250 pages each business day. Your business owns or will be purchasing an all-in-printer with automatic document feeder.

• Minimum hard disk space: 215 Mb
• Scanner required: Scanner must have an automatic document feeder. Flatbed scanners are not suitable for use with DYMO File software. Scanner must use a TWAIN driver or ‘Scan to File’. Check your owner’s guide or the manufacturer’s web site for information about your scanner.
