Store Policy 
DYMO accepts American Express, MasterCard and VISA for direct orders placed over the Internet. You can also order DYMO products from a wide variety of resellers. See "Where to Buy" for details. You can cancel an order as long as it has not been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please call our customer service department. All DYMO labelmakers come with a one-year warranty. The repair and return procedure for DYMO labelmakers is detailed in the instruction manual that accompanied your labelmaker and is also available in the Support section of dymo.com DYMO tapes and labels have twelve and eighteen-month warranties, respectively. If a tape or label is found to be defective, DYMO will exchange it. Please call DYMO customer service at 1-800-426-7827 or 1-203-588-2500 for a Return Authorization number before returning the tape or label. We cannot accept liability for packages damaged during transit so we advise you to wrap the product adequately to prevent this happening.
 
Tax & Shipping 
As of April 1st 2007, DYMO collects sales tax in the following states: CA, CO, CT, IL, MA, MO, MN, NC, NJ, NY, OH, TN, WA and WI. Sales tax will be automatically calculated based on the ship to zip code. Shipping ALL ORDERS (INCLUDING AIR; TwoDay and NextDay) SHIP WITHIN TWO BUSINESS DAYS AFTER ORDER IS PLACED. Shipping & Handling charge is guaranteed to not exceed the amount presented for your approval. Orders outside the continental (48) United States must be shipped by Air. DYMO does not ship to FPO addresses. DYMO selects a national carrier, at its discretion, depending upon both shipment destination and selected priority.
