Printing name badges – it’s easy and fast.
With a small, quiet DYMO LabelWriter connected to a PC or Mac at your reception area, you can print a high-resolution name badge label in seconds – without ink or toner.

We offer standard white name badges (with or without adhesive).

For an added layer of security, we offer “time-expiring” name badges (also, with or without adhesives). Surprisingly easy to use, these badges enable you to apply an “invisible sticker” to the badge, then hand it to your guest. After 12 hours, that sticker indicates a bright red stop sign, ensuring that the badge can’t be reused.

Here's how they work: Simply input a visitor's name, click the DYMO icon on your toolbar and prepare your hand for a label. About 12 hours after printing a badge label, a red stop sign will appears - alerting you to interview the person wearing the badge. The security to prevent unauthorized re-entry is right in the DYMO label. Because our time-expiring label technology uses a clear expiring disc label that you place over the stop sign image. Over a 12-hour period, a chemical reaction starts the expiration process, allowing the stop sign image to appear in that very spot.

Our multi-color thermal technology assures enhanced visibility from as far away as 25 feet. You can even print graphics and your logo on each label. Or, you can order pre-printed, four-color custom badges for a more professional level of appearance and security. Either way, LabelWriter prints cost effectively, right from your PC. And because LabelWriters print in high resolution 300 dpi with thermal technology, you enjoy professional results within budget - thermal printing requires no replacement of ribbons, ink or toner cartridges.

With LabelWriter printers, the ink is in the label! And LabelWriter will integrate with your existing visitor management application - or you can use our Free Software Development Kit, to integrate LabelWriter into your system.
