Wondering what to do with all your paper files now that you've upgraded to a digital system with your computer? All you need to do is specify the file name, folder location, and file type (i.e., Microsoft Word or .pdf). Then, scan the barcodes in one quick batch for automatic filing. Once you've logged your documents into the system, they can be easily recalled for reference, editing, and even sharing via email.

You can even keep track of your scanned files by keeping them in a separate file folder on your computer. For example, the documents that have been scanned from hard copy can be catalogued as "Hard Copy Originals" or some other label that makes sense to you. If you prefer to mix them with the other existing documents on your computer, you can do that as well; you'll always have the barcode available to call them up easily as you need to.
