It's always a good idea to put a childproof lock on the cabinet door, but for older kids and adults, you can protect them even further by using an DYMO embossing printer like the Label Blaster or the Organizer XPress to print out warning labels. Why use an embosser? Besides the variety of tape colors (including metallic), raised print is sometimes more eye-catching than flat print. And when it comes to safety, anything that will catch someone's attention is best.

Place one large label on the cabinet door itself. It should read "Warning" or "Toxic." Then, place smaller labels on each item in the cabinet to mark the contents of each bottle or spray. Use red or yellow labels to make sure your message really stands out.
