En varios casos los problemas se resuelven comprobando estos tres pasos básicos. :

1. Se ha recargado cpmpletamente el Pack de baterías recargables?.
Conecte el adaptador AC para recargar el Pack de batería.

2. El cabezal de impresión esta limpio?
Limpie el cabezal de impresión con el broche especial que viene incluido con su Labelmaker o con un algodón y un solvente suave (ej. alcohol).

3. El cassete de la cinta esta correctamente posicionado?.
Empuje el cassette firmemente al compartimento para asegurárse que se acomoda en la parte inferior del compartimento del cassette.

- Where to find serial numbers?
  The serial number is printed on a white label. This label can be found in either the cassette compartment or in the battery compartment.

- How to print international characters like e.g. à á â ã ä å ?
  International Characters
  
  The labelmaker supports the extended Latin character set using RACE technology. Similar to using a mobile phone keypad, if you press a letter multiple times within a very short time, you will scroll through variations of that letter.
  
  For example, if you repeatedly press the letter a, you will see a à á â ã ä å and so on through all the variations available. The order in which the character variations appear depends on the language you have chosen to use.
  
  Currency symbols
  
  The currency key ee also uses RACE to scroll through a number of currency symbols: € £ $
  
  The order these symbols appear depends on the keyboard version and language you have selected.
